ABOUT
Transplanted West Virginian. I left to go to Ohio U. and never found my way home. I did my share of time as a teacher, and I worked my way up from writing obituaries to managing a newspaper. Now I'm trying to carve out a career as a novelist. I have several published and I'm working on a new piece now. I love to travel. I saw most of the US from behind a drum kit. Overseas a couple of times. My heart, though, is in the WV mountains.
What I am looking for
Right now, I'd just like to be able to sit down with someone friendly and have a meaningful, intelligent conversation about anything besides politics. That's step one right there. That's it.
